Returns and refunds
Thirty days to change your mind, and our full attention if the book is not right.
Returns
By the time you have it, the book is printed and shipped. Send it back within thirty days of it arriving and we refund the full amount to the card you paid with. We cover the return postage, and a replacement goes out before the return lands back with us.
Damaged or wrong
- Email us with a photo and your order number.
- We ship a replacement immediately, at our cost.
- We refund in full if you would rather not replace it.
Payment and security
Checkout is encrypted end to end, and your card details go straight to our payment provider - we never see or store them.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Every order carries a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method within five working days of approval. Payments are taken and processed by Whop; we never see or store your card details.
