Delivery
Every order ships from a print-on-demand press with tracking. Postage is included in the price — US, UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia, Netherlands and Sweden. Please allow 1–2 weeks for delivery.
How it gets to you
Your book is printed when you order it — that is what 'printed on demand' means — and goes straight from the press to the mail. There is no warehouse, no going out of stock, and the book you get is the book we made the year it was made.
We ship to the US, the UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia, the Netherlands and Sweden, and postage is included in the price. Outside the US, your postal service or customs may add local VAT/GST, customs or brokerage fees when the book arrives - those are the only charges we don't cover. EU orders (Netherlands, Sweden) may be subject to local VAT on delivery.

Payment and security
Checkout is encrypted end to end, and your card details go straight to our payment provider - we never see or store them.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Every order carries a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Tracking
You get a tracking number by email the moment the parcel is scanned into the mail, which is usually a few hours after it prints, not a few days.
If the tracking has not moved for five working days, write to us and we will chase it — or replace it — without making you wait for the courier.
